  • Carrier Account Number: Your UPS or FedEx account number.
  • Account Zip Code: The zip code associated with your account.
  • Phone Number: Preferred phone number. 
  • Email Address: For contact and tracking information.

Additional Handling Fees

Please note, there is an additional handling fee for overnight shipping requests:

  • Requests before 10:00 am CST: $10.00
  • Requests between 10:00 am - 1:00 pm CST: $25.00

These fees are in addition to any carrier charges billed through your account. Orders submitted after 1:00 pm EST may be processed the next business day.
