EPDM Bonded sealing washers. These are generally used with sheet metal screws (Self-Drilling or Self-Tapping) to seal out air and water or to dampen noise and vibration. These are made with EPDM (style 40 EPDM Sheet).
EPDM washers are generally regarded as far superior to Neoprene (Neo Bond) washers in situations that do not involve chemical or oil environments.
