Custom Titanium Anodizing: Project Workflow

Titanium anodizing is a unique process that enhances both the appearance and corrosion resistance of titanium fasteners. By using electrical currents, we can produce a range of vibrant colors without adding any dyes or coatings. This makes anodized titanium not only beautiful but also durable. However, certain colors like true red and black cannot be achieved through anodizing.

Step 1: Select Your Titanium Fasteners

Browse our full Titanium Fastener Collection and select the items you'd like anodized. Simply add them to your cart, and then proceed to the next steps to choose your anodizing option.

Step 2: Count Your Pieces

Once you’ve selected your titanium fasteners, count the total number of pieces you want custom anodized. This will be used to calculate pricing in the following steps.

Step 3: Choose Your Anodizing Option

One-Color Anodizing

• Setup Fee: $10 (fixed per project)
• Cost per Piece: $1 per fastener

Example: For 20 fasteners, your total cost is $30 (setup fee + $1 x 20 fasteners), plus the cost of the titanium fasteners themselves.

Splatter Finish Anodizing

• Setup Fee: $15 to $22.50 depending on complexity
• Cost per Piece: Based on the number of colors in the splatter finish

Splatter Finish Options:

• 1-color: Base titanium color plus one picked color.
• 2-color: Choose two colors (most common).
• 3-color: Not recommended for smaller fasteners due to limited surface area.
