📦 How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 24 hours from our warehouse in Milton, Florida, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST. Orders placed early in the day may ship the same day. Some special-order items include a note at the top of the product listing and may take longer to ship.
đźšš Which carriers do you use?
We ship using FedEx and USPS for reliable and timely delivery nationwide.
🔍 Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. If you provide a valid email address at checkout, tracking information will be sent when your order ships. If no email is provided during checkout, we are unable to send tracking updates.
đź’˛ How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are based on your order’s weight and destination. The exact cost is shown before checkout so you can confirm before placing your order.
⚡ Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! We can ship expedited orders on your own UPS or FedEx account. See our Expedited Shipping Policy for details.
📦 What if part of my order is backordered?
If an item is backordered, we’ll ship the in-stock items immediately. The remaining items will ship separately at no extra cost once available.

You can return items within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and not customized.
📝 How do I start a return?

- Include a note in your package with your order details and reason for return.
âś… Do I need authorization for returns?
Yes. All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
đźš« Are there return exceptions?
Used, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned. Bulk fasteners must be returned with boxes unopened. Once a fastener box is opened, the certified Material Test Report (MTR) becomes invalid, and the fasteners cannot be resold as certified material.
đź’µ Is there a restocking fee?
Yes. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
