Forged from heat-treated carbon steel, each fastener receives a lustrous bright-zinc electro-plate, is hydrogen-relief baked to IFI specs, then factory dry-waxed for reliably low drive torque. The integral washer flange spreads load, while the Type F fluted point taps mating threads in a pre-drilled or punched hole—no nut required; chips clear through the flute. Supplied in bulk master cartons for monster-low per-piece cost.
