Monster Overview:
Upgrade plastic assemblies with bulk 1/4"-10 Phillips Pan Head PT 48-2 Thread-Forming Screws from Monster Bolts. The tri-lobular Plastite®-style geometry cold-flows thermoplastics to create strong, chip-free internal threads—no taps, no debris. Made from hardened 410 stainless steel for higher shear strength and excellent thread-locking grip, each screw is passivated to ASTM A967 and factory wax-coated for low, consistent seating torque. Stocked in fully-threaded 1/2 in and 1 in lengths, packed in master cartons for the lowest per-unit cost.
