Their tri-lobular Plastite® profile cold-flows thermoplastic, forming tough, chip-free internal threads—no tapping, no cleanup.
Each heat-treated carbon-steel screw is bright-zinc electro-plated and baked to relieve hydrogen embrittlement, then factory wax-lubed for consistently low seating torque. Master cartons drive per-unit cost down for high-volume lines.
