Need wide load-spread with a low, snag-free profile? 1/4″-20 Phillips Truss Thread-Cutting Screws drive, tap and clamp in one motion—perfect for HVAC plenums, trailer skins, appliance housings, deck hardware and dense hardwood-to-steel assemblies. The oversized truss head acts like a built-in washer, while the cross-recess Phillips drive speeds installation. Heat-treated carbon steel wears a brilliant bright-zinc finish, is hydrogen-relief baked to IFI spec, then factory dry-waxed for smooth, repeatable seating torque.
