Built for thermoplastic assemblies, these #10-14 6-Lobe (Torx) Flat Head PT 48-2 Thread-Forming Screws use a Plastite-alternative tri-lobular flank that cold-flows plastic, carving chip-free internal threads—no taps, no debris.
Machined from corrosion-resistant 18-8 (304) stainless steel, each screw is passivated to ASTM A967 and factory wax-lubed for consistently low seating torque. Bulk master cartons keep per-unit cost razor-low for high-volume production.
