Our #10-24 Phillips Flat-Undercut Thread-Cutting Screws shave away most of the head cone, letting you keep full thread engagement while finishing perfectly flush. Heat-treated carbon steel wears a durable black-oxide conversion coat, sealed with oil and a factory dry-wax film for ultra-low, repeatable seating torque. A Type F fluted point taps clean internal threads in a pre-drilled or punched hole; chips clear through the flute—no nut required.
