Built for truck beds, heavy trailer floors, structural steel decking and laminated timbers, these 3/8″-16 6-Lobe (Torx) Flat Head Floor-Board Screws incorporate a Type F fluted cutting point that taps its own internal threads in mild steel or dense hardwood— eliminating nuts, pre-tapping and chip cleanup. A low-glare black-phosphate conversion coat meets RoHS requirements and partners with a factory wax/oil film for predictably low drive torque. Supplied in bulk master cartons to drive per-piece cost down.
