The Plastite-alternative tri-lobular flank cold-flows plastic, creating chip-free internal threads—no tapping, no debris. Each screw is through-hardened (≈ Rc 40-45), passivated to ASTM A967, and factory wax-lubed for repeatably low seating torque.
