#4-20 6-Lobe (Torx) Flat Head PT 48-2 Thread-Forming Screws use a
Plastite-alternative tri-lobular flank to cold-flow plastic and create
chip-free internal threads—no tapping, no debris.
Each heat-treated carbon-steel screw is bright-zinc electro-plated
and baked to eliminate hydrogen embrittlement, then factory
wax-lubed for reliably low seating torque. Bulk master
cartons keep your per-unit cost razor-low.
