The tri-lobular Plastite® geometry plastically flows thermoplastic, forming tough, chip-free internal threads—no taps, no cleanup.
Each heat-treated carbon-steel screw is bright-zinc electro-plated, baked to relieve hydrogen embrittlement, then factory wax-lubed for consistently low seating torque. Master cartons keep per-unit cost rock-bottom for high-volume lines.
