Plastite-alternative tri-lobular flank to cold-flow plastic and carve
chip-free internal threads—no taps, no debris.
Machined from corrosion-proof 18-8 (304) stainless steel,
every screw is passivated to ASTM A967, given a deep
black-oxide conversion finish for low-glare aesthetics, then
factory wax-lubed for consistently low seating torque.
