Our #8-32 Phillips Flat-Undercut Thread-Cutting Screws shave away most of the 82° cone, so you gain maximum thread engagement while finishing perfectly flush. Heat-treated carbon steel wears a durable black-oxide conversion coat, sealed with oil and topped with a factory dry-wax film for ultra-low, repeatable drive torque. The Type F fluted point taps clean female threads in a pre-drilled or punched hole; chips clear through the flute—no nut required.
