These nuts can withstand temperatures up to 250°F (121°C) while retaining their locking ability. While there are differing opinions on reusing Nyloc nuts, many authorities agree they can be reused if the nylon insert remains undamaged and the prevailing torque is within specification.

All sizes are Class 10, except for M3, which is Class 8.
